WHO WE ARE

Foot Step Consultancy started as Mottram Food Solutions with just Kyle Mottram splitting his time between full time work, a young family and building MFS to where it is currently. Kyle has studied and worked in the food industry since he was a teenager.

He attended college (again, alongside a full time job as a butchery apprentice) where he had the opportunity to travel abroad multiple times to represent England in butchery competitions. This also led to the great achievement of receiving an award presented by HRH Princess Anne. Kyle then worked his way up from an apprentice to eventually become a Butchery Manager, however this also provided him with the insight that he could achieve more; both personally and to add value to businesses involved in food hygiene. Kyle then attended University as well as remaining the Butchery Manager for the company he worked for at the time. He had also become a new father during this time! Upon completing further training, Kyle launched Mottram Food Solutions to assist food business operators with their food hygiene and compliance requirements; he also provided the support needed for those businesses to maintain those high standards. His practical approach with a “no nonsense” attitude has allowed MFS to become a market leader in Safety and Compliance. Kyle has been able build MFS and his team to reach a point of expansion. Now is the time to adapt the business to compete and deliver on a national and international level. We are expanding the services we currently offer and are able to provide assistance with all areas of food & drink compliance.
